1. Wholesale Eligibility:
   Teeka4 Plus is exclusively designed for resellers . To qualify for wholesale purchasing, you must provide verifiable business information during the registration process.
2. Minimum Purchase Quantity:
   Wholesale orders must meet a minimum purchase requirement of 12 products per order.
3. Product Availability:
   All orders are subject to product availability. Teeka4 reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product that may be ordered.
4. Placing Orders:
   To place an order, you will need to log in to your Teeka4 Plus wholesale account. Choose the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. Ensure that your order meets the minimum quantity and value requirements before proceeding to checkout.
5. Refund Policy:

a. Returns and Refunds:
We strive to provide high-quality products to our wholesalers. If, however, you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work to replace the product or offer a refund, subject to verification of the issue.

b. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged products that are reported within the stipulated timeframe. We do not offer refunds for products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

c. Refund Process:

d. Refund Timelines:
Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges of defective or damaged products will be covered by Teeka4. Please follow the instructions provided by our support team for returning the product.
