Lost Parcels:

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you promptly as soon as we become aware of it.
  • An investigation will be initiated immediately.
  • If the parcel remains unfound within 5 working days of our notification, we will:
    • Issue a full refund for the lost parcel and its contents.

Exclusions:
Refunds or exchanges are not available for:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or wear and tear.
  • Incorrect address details provided at checkout.
  • Unclaimed parcels.
    Refund Processing:
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
