Applicants must provide verifiable business information during registration. Teeka4 reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.
2. Minimum Order Requirement
Wholesale orders must meet a minimum quantity of units per order.
Teeka4 reserves the right to revise minimum order quantities where necessary.
3. Product Availability
All wholesale orders are subject to stock availability.
Teeka4 may limit product quantities per order to ensure fair distribution and supply stability.
4. Ordering Process
Approved partners must log in to their wholesale account to place orders.
Orders must meet applicable minimum quantity requirements before checkout.
Teeka4 reserves the right to review and confirm wholesale orders before processing.
5. Returns & Refunds
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive defective or damaged goods, notification must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds or replacements are subject to verification of the issue.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used items
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs for verified defective items will be covered by Teeka4.
6. Account Conduct
Wholesale accounts are non-transferable.
Teeka4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be:
- Misrepresenting business information
- Violating agreed resale standards
- Engaging in activities that may harm brand positioning
7. Modifications
Teeka4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms become effective upon publication.
