Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where:

  • The item was damaged at the point of delivery
  • The parcel was lost in transit

Customers are advised to inspect their packages upon delivery to ensure items are received in good condition.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will notify you promptly and begin resolution immediately.

If the parcel cannot be recovered within 5 working days of notification, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
