How do I get notified?
Simply click the Notify Me button on any out-of-stock product, enter your email address, and we’ll send you an email once it’s available again.
Will I receive marketing emails after signing up?
No.
Restock notifications are separate from our promotional emails. We’ll only notify you about the product you requested. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time if you choose to receive them.
Does joining the notification list reserve the product?
No.
Joining the list only ensures you’ll receive an email when the product is available again. Products remain available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Why has the price changed?
Many of our products are imported so that pricing can change due to:
- Exchange rate fluctuations
- Supplier pricing updates
- International shipping costs
- Import duties and customs charges
The price displayed when the item returns to stock will always be the current selling price.
When will my product be back?
We wish we could give an exact date, but this isn’t always possible.
Restocking depends on supplier availability, shipping schedules, and customs processing. The fastest way to find out is to join the notification list.
Can I pre-order an out-of-stock item?
At the moment, we do not accept pre-orders for products on this page.
I received the notification but the product is already sold out.
Some of our best-selling products sell out very quickly after restocking.
Because notifications are sent simultaneously to everyone waiting, we recommend placing your order as soon as you receive the email.
