Our Commitment to Ensuring Authenticity

Having said all of these, we understand the importance of trust and transparency when it comes to the retailers you choose. 

Here is our plan to ensure every product you purchase from us is authentic:

1. Quality Assurance Process 

Our sourcing is strictly limited to three channels: directly from the brand, their authorized distributor, or verified importers.

A significant 90% of our inventory comes directly from brands or their authorized distributors. It’s important to note that many brands prefer distributing their products through authorized distributors rather than dealing with retail stores directly.

The remaining 10% of our products are sourced from meticulously vetted and verified importers who purchase from authorized distributors. 

2. Transparency in Sourcing

We now have a  dedicated section on our website that lists all the brands we carry along with their sourcing channels. CLICK HERE TO VIEW.

Our aim is to provide you with the choice to buy products based on your comfort with their sourcing methods.

We will regularly update this list to update new brands and reflect any changes in sourcing methods.

3. Barcode Verification and Technology

While we acknowledge the limitations of third-party barcode scanning apps, we are taking a step further. 

We are collaborating with GS1 Global (the authorized body for barcode standards) and our brand partners to develop a traceability plan/strategy.

This initiative will allow you to scan products purchased from us and view their manufacturing and supply history.

Please note that this is a very complex process and may take a while to conclude. 

However, if we can successfully pull it off, it will revolutionize how you verify the authenticity of your purchases.
