Have you ever wondered why a product from a trusted brand or retailer might feel different? Here are some reasons:

1. Natural Variation in Products: 

Many products, especially those containing natural ingredients, can vary in texture or appearance due to the inherent differences in raw materials from batch to batch. This does not mean the product’s efficacy has changed; it is just a natural variation.

2. Storage and Transportation Conditions:

The journey a product takes can affect its final state. Changes in temperature or humidity during international shipping and storage can alter a product’s texture or consistency. 

3.  Formulation Updates: 

Brands may make occasional adjustments to their formulations, either to enhance the product or due to changes in ingredient availability. 

Such tweaks might not always be communicated to the end consumers, leading to perceived inconsistencies.

However, the good news is that quality and safety standards are often rigorously maintained, ensuring that the product, although slightly different, is still of high quality.

Understanding these factors helps in recognizing that slight differences do not necessarily mean a product is inauthentic. It’s part of the complex journey from production to your hands.

4. Manufacturing Errors 

On rare occasions, a ‘bad batch’ may occur due to manufacturing anomalies, but these are exceptions and, in some cases, are quickly addressed by the manufacturer and recalled.

However, from our experience, not all manufacturers admit this or take necessary actions ( but this is very rare).
